Thank a Nun: Sister Loyola

Sometimes actions speak louder than words, and this was certainly the case in my high school, Our Lady of the Elms in Akron, Ohio. Sr. Loyola Ernst, OP, was one of the greatest examples of quiet love and joy that I have ever had. She came through the high school every day, and collected attendance records from each class. Sr. Loyola was the perfect example of doing small things with great love, and she taught me the importance of finding joy in everything you do, no matter how simple it may seem. -Maria Kipfstuhl
