Thank a Nun: Sister Kathy, IHM

A special thanks to the most special person in the world, Sr. Kathy an IHM sister who took my infant son from me when he got too wiggly in church and kept him occupied so I could watch my girls and pay attention to what was going on in mass. He is 5 now and she showed him that you always take your hat off as you enter church, he loves to be a "jr. usher" and he knows all the mass parts by heart. I thank her for all of that. Even though, yes, I bring my children to church every week, she showed me that they are never too young to listen and learn. She was a great friend to me when my sister passed and a better friend to me when my brother passed, even though she was and still is having health problems of her own. I could write about her all day, but I won't. God Bless You Sr. Kathy :) -Trish Rowe
