Sister Rose Walters, CSA Oral History

Sister Rose Walters, CSA, has been a Sister of the Congregation of Saint Agnes for almost 60 years. Currently she is a vocation recruiter who loves what she does. Her passion and commitment shines through her accomplishments such as building a new parish, coaching basketball, and teaching students from elementary to college for 25 years. Her most rewarding accomplishment was when she worked with CASA and helped three children in foster care find a loving forever home. She is an energetic woman who loves reading, attending theatrical productions, and avidly following her favorite sports teams.

About Carol Wardlow

Carol Wardlow is a junior at Marian University. She is studying communications while minoring in leadership and cultural, media, and gender studies with the hopes of continuing onto grad school for student affairs. Carol spends her free time dedicated to making others’ lives better through planning fun activities, bringing awareness, and volunteering. Through her busy day, she still finds time to relax, spend time with friends, and have fun. During the Spring of 2015 she was paired with Sister Rose Walters, CSA; a Sister of the Congregation of Saint Agnes.
