Sister Ann Marie McKenna, SSJ Oral History

Sister Ann Marie McKenna, SSJ, is a Sister of St. Joseph from Springfield, MA. She was known as Sr. James Rita, SSJ, before the conversion back to her baptismal name. Her ministries have included being an elementary school teacher, preparing children for their First Communion at Our Lady of the Valley in Sheffield, Massachusetts, and housekeeping at Mount Marie Health Care Center. Today, Sister Ann Marie continues to be a Eucharistic Minister.

About Molly Sullivan - Mary Kate Sullivan

Mary Kate Sullivan is a sophomore majoring in Special Education and Psychology at Our Lady of the Elms College in Chicopee, Massachusetts. She is a member of Campus Ministry, Active Minds, Psychology Club, and Future Teacher’s Club. In her free time Mary Kate enjoys running and participating in community service. Mary Kate loves to travel and hopes to one day see the world. Molly Sullivan is a freshman studying Nursing at Our Lady of the Elms College in Chicopee, Massachusetts. She aspires to pursue a career working as a Nurse Practitioner in an emergency room setting. Molly is passionate about helping those in need, and enjoys volunteering in her community. In her free time, Molly enjoys running, reading, and spending time with family, friends and her two dogs. During the Spring of 2015 they were paired with Sister Ann Marie McKenna, SSJ; a Sister of St. Joseph of Springfield.
